GISTNETManage supplier listing
A structured country-by-country customs and import-export regulatory compendium (CIDB), organized as a country × category matrix (general, business/trade, transportation/cargo, import general, import product-based, export general, export product-based, plus an origin-country view). Each cell states the operative regulatory requirements with their mandated data elements: on Japan's import page, the advance-filing regime in force since 10 March 2014 and the exact fields required on the bill of lading — full name, address, telephone and UN/LOCODE country code of shipper, consignee and notify party; precise cargo description with generic terms explicitly rejected; HS code to the first six digits; number of packages; marks and numbers; gross weight; volume; container number; seal number; and UN number and IMDG code where applicable — plus metric-unit documentation rules, per-container maximum weights, enforcement posture, and clearance procedures and contacts. Interlinked glossary definitions (bill of lading, carrier, shipping documents) give the schema a controlled vocabulary, and each page carries an explicit last-updated date.
