PERMITPIPELINEManage supplier listing
A continuously scored, cross-metro stream of pre-issuance building-permit filings turned into ranked opportunity records. For each filing the platform resolves address, owner or applicant, architect or designer, general contractor or permittee, trade scope parsed from the job-description text, declared project value, filing and status dates, and its own contractor-fit grade (A+, A, B), then tracks whether a GC is named yet — the team-formation signal. Coverage is four metros built on named open-data feeds with exact dataset identifiers (NYC DOB NOW job filings plus permit issuance and electrical feeds; Chicago building permits plus the city permit portal; DataSF building and electrical and plumbing feeds; Miami-Dade county and City of Miami ArcGIS feeds), refreshed daily. Running counts observed live: 7,390 NYC permits and 3,183 high-priority projects reviewed in a 30-day window, roughly 90K permits and roughly 39K high-priority records per year from NYC alone.
