A longitudinal real-world obesity-treatment cohort with linked behavioral engagement telemetry and clinically validated outcomes — the byproduct of operating a subscription weight-loss clinic rather than a collected study. Each member accrues a self-logged weight and BMI time series, habit and behavior-logging events, provider and health-coach check-in cadence, community-group participation, and educational-content exposure, all joined to a medication record covering which agent was prescribed, dose-escalation trajectory over time, tolerability and continuation. The published analysis of 66,094 members demonstrates the panel's shape: percent weight lost plus absolute weight and BMI change measured at 3, 6 and 12 months, with an explicit engagement gradient (roughly 10% weight loss at 12 months for weekly-active members and about 12% for members logging weight weekly) and the finding that non-GLP-1 agents also produced significant loss. Critically, the panel contains discontinuers and non-responders alongside responders, which is the part no trial and no public dataset supplies. Scale context: 250,000+ members served.
