A maintained national public-records warehouse built for secured lending: UCC filings, lien records, litigation records, business-entity data and county-level public records normalized across all 50 states and 3,200+ county jurisdictions, refreshed through daily data management. Two byproduct assets are more valuable than the filings themselves. (1) A filing-quality and rejection dataset — the filing wizard plus expert data validation exists precisely because UCC filings get rejected, so every submission generates a validated/rejected-with-reason pair keyed to the accepting jurisdiction, which is a labeled dataset on government filing acceptance rules by state and county. (2) A debtor-status change stream from customized monitoring alerts — lien registrations, terminations, litigation events and entity-status changes observed over time per monitored debtor, i.e. a longitudinal distress and encumbrance feed. Add an established correspondent network covering jurisdictions where automated retrieval is impossible, which is itself coverage metadata no scraping operation has.
