Labelled underwater fibre-optic acoustic event corpus: continuous distributed acoustic sensing traces acquired along the cable itself, with each event localised along the route and classified into a fixed taxonomy — anchor drag, bottom trawling, vessel passage detected acoustically even when the vessel's AIS is disabled, seabed impact events, shunt electrical faults, cable exposure, and cable suspension/strumming — accumulated across over 50 million km-hours of monitored cable with more than 130,000 alarms detected, and cross-referenced against AIS to attribute detections to named vessels
