Airborne thermal-infrared HYPERSPECTRAL methane observations and their quantified derivatives: Hyper-Cam Airborne Mini (HCAM) FTIR spectrometer hypercubes (spectrally resolved scene radiance cubes) collected from fixed-wing and helicopter platforms over oil and gas sites and pipelines, plus processed outputs - methane detection flags from Telops' in-house Generalised Likelihood Ratio Test algorithm, column-abundance quantification in ppm*m, converted release rates in g/s, per-inspection detection-limit models computed with meteorological inputs (ground-level temperature and wind speed ingested from a weather API), thermal-contrast records, and Inspection Statistics Reports that score each inspection's quality.
