Terminal operational and commercial data unified across each terminal's own systems: the platform explicitly relates tariff structure, running cost and operational performance into a single KPI layer. In practice that means per-vessel-call and per-shift productivity measures, equipment and labour performance, moves and throughput by cargo and vessel type, cost-to-serve and tariff/revenue data, and terminal-specific KPI definitions stored with transparent calculation formulas — aggregated across named adopting terminals (IMT Genova, TMT Trieste, OPCSA Las Palmas, APMT Vado, TERMONT Montreal, TRAPAC Oakland).
