German public-procurement dataset held on both sides of the transaction, accumulated continuously since the vendor launched the first German online tender research database in 1996. Buyer side: consolidated notice coverage across German awarding authorities including EU-threshold work, with tender document sets, bidder questions and answers, and the authority-side workflow run through its own award-management software (extended for state-specific rules). Bidder side: legally compliant electronic bid submission through its awarding platform, bid drafting and pricing in a bidder cockpit, participation and shortlisting applications, and saved workspaces in the customer portal. The print edition adds a notice record back to 1954.
