CUSTOMSSUPPORTManage supplier listing
The melt-and-pour physical provenance dataset that a major EU customs broker accumulates while clearing steel: for each import declaration, the country where the steel was first cast into slab, billet or ingot (including remelted scrap), the heat number, the identity of the producing mill as shown on the Mill Test Certificate, and the TARIC code — held alongside the separate customs origin and the separate country of consignment, plus the Article 3g(1)(d) sanctions-evidence status against Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2026/1384 and Annex XVII of Regulation 833/2014, and the fallback-document chain where a certificate is missing or incomplete. The page's own worked example shows why this is a real dataset rather than a field: one shipment can legitimately carry three different countries — melt and pour Indonesia, customs origin China (hot rolling moves heading 7218 to 7219), consignment Vietnam (slitting moves 7219 to 7220, and the Chapter 72 note says a change from cutting alone is not originating)
