Its latent assets are distinct from a state-index mirror: (1) portfolio monitoring that continuously tracks lien expirations, entity status changes, debtor changes, bankruptcies and other events affecting existing lien positions — i.e. a time-series of events against a live secured-lending book, not a static snapshot; (2) a filing-error corpus, since real-time validation and smart debtor-name verification run against every submission and therefore log which debtor-name and jurisdiction inputs fail, which is the hard problem in automated lien work; (3) automatically archived search results and document images, which is a growing verified snapshot corpus of what registries showed at a given date (state indexes are mutable and do not preserve history); (4) a search-to-reflect service that reconciles filings against searches, producing matched and unmatched pairs. Scale and jurisdictional breadth put this beyond any small aggregator.
