Wholesale-distribution renewal pricing panel: monthly year-over-year and month-over-month average renewal rate change for property accounts placed through CRC's wholesale book, cut by industry and by coverage, with an explicitly disclosed methodology (accounts renewing in the same month year-over-year, top and bottom 1% outliers trimmed). Published as a quarterly PDF index; the underlying asset is the transaction-level renewal record for every account the broker submits and binds across its carrier panel, which is what the index is aggregated from. Sibling indexes cover adjacent lines (e.g. Excess/Umbrella).
