Global crowdsourced radio-environment-to-location mapping database: for every observed transmitter identifier (cellular Cell ID across 2G/3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi access-point MAC address, BLE beacon address) the vendor holds a continually updated probabilistic geospatial fingerprint — where that identifier is observable, at what received signal strength, at what time, and with what confidence. Built passively from millions of contributor measurements reported by tracking devices and smartphones, it is effectively a worldwide map of the man-made radio landscape with ground-truth coordinates, refreshed in near-real-time without manual survey. Secondary assets: the measurement time-series itself (signal-strength observations per identifier over time, which encode transmitter moves, coverage changes and new AP deployments), the indoor floor-level/floorplan layer, and the labelled training pairs their positioning models are trained on (identifier set + signal vector → known coordinates), which are exactly the supervised labels a buyer of non-GNSS positioning data needs.
