Civerify — A sensor-to-submission compliance pipeline for low-carbon fuel production. The platform ingests continuous production data directly from plant-floor control systems — sensors, PLCs, meters and process historians (AVEVA PI, OSIsoft, Ignition) over OPC-UA or Modbus — for RNG/biomethane, renewable diesel, ethanol and fuel-import operations, then computes carbon intensity under CA-GREET 4.0 and the federal 45Z pathway and assembles the regulator-facing outputs (quarterly LCFS reports, AFPR documents, RIN splits) for automated submission to government portals that expose no APIs. The byproduct asset is a reconciled pairing of raw plant telemetry with the CI value and credit outcome it produced, plus full submission audit trails.

What data does Civerify offer?
Civerify offers (Alternative, ESG, Reference) — Small in absolute terms and this is the binding limitation. Each connected RNG or ethanol plant streams order 10^3-10^4 historian tags continuously (roughly 10^10-10^11 tag-values per plant-year), but with a single-digit facility count the total corpus is narrow — likely only a handful of sites. What exists is unusually high quality (plant-floor source of truth reconciled to accepted regulatory submissions), but it is not yet a statistically useful cross-producer dataset.
What is Civerify's data used for?
Training carbon-intensity prediction models on real plant operation rather than CA-GREET's static assumptions — directly valuable as regulators tighten benchmarks and producers face 4x penalties for exceedance; digester-downtime and methane-avoidance-crediting window models for RNG economics; credit and deficit price forecasting, since aggregate pathway supply drives the LCFS market; feedstock-to-CI optimization for renewable diesel and ethanol producers under the 2028 soy/canola cap; benchmarking claimed-versus-actual CI across a pathway peer group; and validation of 45Z federal credit eligibility modeling. The labeled pre-penalty error catches are also a scarce training set for compliance-failure detection.
