A multinational accommodation check-in and compliance platform whose Spanish operation produces the most credible occupancy record available in the market. At every check-in the platform collects legally mandated guest data — the 'parte de viajeros' under RD 933/2021, for every guest including minors — with OCR document autofill and optional biometric identity verification, then files it automatically within 24 hours to the correct regional authority: SES Hospedajes (Ministry of Interior) across most of Spain, Mossos d'Esquadra in Catalonia, Ertzaintza in the Basque Country. Alongside guest registration it generates INE occupancy statistics for hotel establishments (stated coverage 95% of Spain, routed additionally through Turespazo in Galicia) and separately reports direct bookings created and cancelled — the direct-channel booking data that OTAs do not report. Retained guest logbook, time-stamped and exportable, for three years.
