Two named products appear in this release: Carbon Arc SMB Workforce (CA0055) — a constant-employer panel of indexed unique workers at small-to-medium technology businesses, delivered as a rebased index, month-over-month and year-over-year growth, census-region splits across all nine US regions, and median annualised pay growth; and a Clickstream analysis series (CA0030) tracking the share of job starts by role, employer and seniority. Published observations run July 2023 to December 2025 and resolve to named firms — Perplexity nearly quadrupling headcount in 2025 while Anthropic and Mistral doubled.
