Constructed rare-earth and commodity price indices: multi-source blended index series expressed in USD and normalized for FX rates at each validity date, disaggregated by region, with a rolling forward outlook built from cost drivers, feedstock price movements, market futures, supply/demand imbalance and long-term demand trend inputs. Layered on top is a dated market-signal feed (export controls, shipment refusals, project advances such as Kasiya in Malawi and the Alpha Project in Brazil, recycling investment) that attributes each index movement to named drivers.
