Operator-level rental pricing and retention decision dataset generated as a byproduct of running a revenue-management engine: unit- and resident-level price recommendations with the inputs behind them (vacancy risk, resident churn cost, renewal probability, real-time market conditions), automated lease-up discounting schedules that adjust dynamically against occupancy targets and leasing timelines, offensive-versus-defensive strategy switches applied at portfolio, asset and individual-lease level, and the realised outcomes those decisions were taken against. The commercially interesting byproduct is the paired record — recommended price versus accepted price, and discount depth versus lease-up velocity — plus renewal-probability scores validated against actual renewals, which is the label market-data-only vendors cannot produce because they never see the signed outcome.
