A German construction unit-price reference database: 8,700+ priced performance positions (Leistungspositionen) spanning structural building work through external works (Hochbau bis Freianlagen) across more than 40 service scopes, with each position carrying a regularly verified indicative unit price derived from 3,100+ real evaluated tenders/quotations (ausgewertete Angebote). Positions are classified to DIN 276 cost groups and to STLB-Bau service scopes, and additionally categorized by building component (wall, ceiling, roof, and so on). Built-in adjustment model restates every price by price region, construction time point, and award type (Vergabeart). The 2026 update added 500+ new positions and two new trades (earthing work and gates) and refreshed the price set. The underlying asset is the set of 3,100+ evaluated offers the publisher holds — the offers themselves are not published, only the derived position prices.
