Port-call and cargo-flow analysis of the Jones Act-eligible oceangoing fleet: 93 Jones Act-eligible vessels (1,000+ GT) cross-referenced by IMO number from the MARAD US-flag fleet dataset against a maritime tracking database, taking the 15 most recent port calls per vessel, with laden-versus-ballast state inferred from draft measurement at each call. Output is a service-segment classification of tanker and cargo activity (Alaska-to-West Coast crude: 14 tankers / ~44% of tanker capacity; Florida service: 20 vessels; Gulf Coast-to-East Coast; inter-Gulf; Washington-to-California product; non-contiguous Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Guam; renewable-diesel Gulf-to-California: 3 tankers) with DWT attribution per segment
