Continuous physical-inventory time series generated as a byproduct of a safety device. Fixed EOS2 LiDAR scanners capture full 3D point clouds of bulk fuel stockpiles on schedule or on demand; the cloud platform applies customer bulk-density factors to convert volume to tonnage. The accumulated asset is a rarely-existing series: actual tonnes of coal on the ground at industrial sites, refreshed around the clock, from which burn rate, depletion events, fill events and procurement timing can be derived directly rather than estimated. Validation is unusually strong — 0.55% variance against a certified terrestrial survey at a Florida cement plant, with a full scan and processing cycle under 20 minutes. Secondary assets: 3D pile geometry (digital twins) and grade-level blending composition across multiple stockpiles and sites.
