ALPHANUMEManage supplier listing
Point-in-time equity-registration / dilution event dataset built from EDGAR: every S-1-family registration statement is stamped with its filing date as the event date and carries the issuer's market cap as of one trading day before the filing, shares registered in the filing, and four vendor-created classification flags — dilutive versus not, resale versus new supply, effective once declared effective, and withdrawn with the withdrawal date. Lifecycle fields (effective date, days-to-effective, days-to-withdrawal) plus exact Eastern-time filing timestamps let a filing be reconstructed as it was known at the moment it hit EDGAR, and the vendor's proof study quantifies downstream behaviour (median -14.9% at one month, with 71% of dilutive filings lower after one month). The dilution table is one SKU in a 28-dataset catalogue built to the same point-in-time standard.
