Per bar: refiner/brand and mint of origin (relationships named include Perth Mint, Royal Canadian Mint and The Royal Mint), assay/weight and fineness as certified at intake by an exchange-licensed weighmaster, serial and lot provenance, deposit and withdrawal timestamps, and the warrant/delivery status attaching the bar to a COMEX silver, platinum or palladium or an ICE gold/silver futures contract. Also holds monthly internal and annual external audit records, and — the genuinely unusual slice — retail IRA-eligible bullion deposit and withdrawal flow, which is a direct read on physical demand from the retail investor cohort that no exchange report, mint statistic or ETF disclosure captures.
