Lot-level homebuilder cost-and-selection dataset: every buyer plan/elevation/structural-option/finish selection with its real-time price, priced against the builder's internal cost model and margin floor, joined through material takeoff quantities and subcontractor bid responses to a live lot-level P&L (revenue, actual cost, variance). Byproduct value is the priced option catalog cross-joined with actual build cost — i.e. what each upgrade is charged at versus what it actually costs to execute, per lot.
