A dealer-permissioned data syndication hub rather than a data panel
AUTHENTICOMManage supplier listing
A dealer-permissioned data syndication hub rather than a data panel. NADA Vault connects directly into a dealership's DMS — the authoritative system of record for inventory, sales, F&I and service — aggregates it under the dealer's control, and distributes customised feeds to thousands of vendors, customers and manufacturers. What accumulates at the hub is not a product the company sells but a byproduct of operating it: a normalised multi-DMS ingestion layer spanning thousands of dealerships, a feed-connection graph showing which dealer shares which data with which vendor, 90-day vendor feed reporting, and a documented cross-DMS field-mapping schema. Because ingestion is DMS-direct and dealer-authorised rather than scraped, the records are system-of-grade rather than best-effort.
