Curated, regulatory-grade UK real-world health datasets: anonymised National Health Service electronic health records enhanced beyond what any single source provides, integrating prescribing and medication records, laboratory and microbiology results, clinical observations, procedures, diagnoses and outcomes into longitudinal patient-journey records. Two additions make this unusually deep: unstructured clinical text (clinical and referral letters, medical notes, pathology reports) is machine-interrogated rather than left as free text, and the same patients link to whole genome sequencing, transcriptomic and single-cell multiome molecular data, producing highly phenotyped disease-specific cohorts spanning oncology, respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic and rare disease.
