Cleaned national UCC secured-transactions corpus with an equipment-collateral taxonomy. LeadX procures raw UCC-1 financing statements and UCC-3 amendments directly from each state filing office on that state's own release schedule (California weekly, Oregon monthly, Florida daily), then resolves debtors and secured parties into company records, parses collateral text out of scanned filings going back to the 1990s-2000s, and corrects misspellings and inconsistencies (running text through a model where errors pass a confidence threshold) so equipment type and manufacturer are searchable across decades. Latent asset: a national, entity-resolved record of who financed what equipment, when, and who financed it — plus ~11M enriched company profiles tied to those filings. Site states the corpus is not freely accessible and requires a license.
