- Each thesis has its own page at /signals/{ref}.
- A find with identity and a grounded spec has its own page at
  /signals/{ref}/{datasetId}. A find without both has no URL.

Definitions, because the terms are ours:
- A "find" is a dataset inferred from a search, not a listing. We have not run
  diligence on it, and the specs are the supplier's own stated claims.
- "Unlisted" means no data catalogue or marketplace we check carries this
  supplier. It is why a find is interesting, not a quality rating.
- Only claims our pipeline grounded against a source page are published, and the
  host each was read from is named beside it.
- Novelty is the share of a find not already indexed elsewhere, 0 to 1.
- Access tiers run A1 (free, machine-fetchable) to A5 (outreach required).
